Constitutional objectives

Thc Trustccs shall hold the capital and income of the Trust Fund upon trusl to apply the incomc and all or such part(s) of the capital for or towards such charitable purposcs and to make donations to such charitable institution(s) at such time(s) and in such manner as the Trustccs may in their absolute discretion think fit for the relief of povcrty and ol sickncss and the protcction and prcscrvation of good health and the advanccment of education of tllose in need or from inpoverished countries overseas (hereinafter called 'the said countries') and in particular (but without limitation) Somalia Bosnia Iraq Bangladesh and Lebanon In furtherance of the said objects but not otherwise the Trustces shall have the following powcrs:- TO finance thc provision of all medical supplies including drugs medicines bandages and medical equipnicnt of all kinds (ii) TO providc finance for mcdical and nursing staff and othcr medical auxiliaries including the financing of capital projects the erection of new buildings or the renovation and rerfurbishment of existing buildings in conjunction with otllcr charities voluntary bodics and authorities operating in similar charitable fields
