For payment or application of the income of the Trust Fund or such part of it as the Trustees shall from time to time in their sole discretion decide and for payment or application of the capital of the Trust Fund , or such part of it as the Trustees shall from time to time in their sole discretion decide (all whether in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or elsewhere in the world) to or for the benefit of such (1) artistic, musical, cultural and educational purposes, (2) welfare funds, societies, organisations, schemes or bodies as are charities at law, (3) organisations, societies or bodies involved in the advancement of health or advancement of animal welfare and (4) other purposes of a charitable nature beneficial to the community, not falling under any of the preceding heads that may be reasonably be regarded as analogous to any of the preceding purposes. in such manner and in such shares and proportions and at such times as the Trustees shall in their sole discretion from time to time decide.
