The Trustees shall stand possessed of the Trust Fund and the income thereof upon trust to apply the same for such one or more charitable purposes as the Trustees shall from time to time think fit and so that the Trustees shall not be under any obligation t o retain the capital of the Trust Fund or any part - thereof as permaent endowment within the meaning of the Charities Act 1960 but may at any time or times apply the said capital or any part thereof for such charitable purposes as aforesaid-
