1) To educate and inform individuals about the theory and practice of time banking. 2) to promote the use of time banks throughout the United Kingdom and, in particular, act as an umbrella organisation for time banks. and 3) to educate and inform individuals co-production so as to improve quality of life and encourage participatory democracy
