What the charity exists to do
The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 the advancement of health through public participation in sport by providing and promoting active leisure pursuits including, but not exclusively, mountain biking, waking and horse riding 4.2 to advance public participation in sport by the provision of recreational facilities to improve accessibility to active leisure pursuits including, but not exclusively, mountain biking, waking and horse riding 4.3 to advance education and improve the economic potential and support rural regeneration to improve the life chances for children, young people, families and others 4.4 to advance environmental protection or improvement by, when possible, operating in an eco friendly manner in all activities while enjoying the built and natural environment and protecting it for future generations through sustainable practices

Constitutional objectives
The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: ● The advancement of physical and mental health through participation in mountain biking and cycling by providing opportunities for participation and the provision of MTB facilities. ● The advancement of citizenship or community development by holding. trail building days, allowing geographical and communities of interest to contribute to the upkeep of trails and facilities, group rides, coaching, events and other such activities. ● The advancement of public participation in sport by giving opportunities for participation and progression in mountain biking and opportunity to take part in mountain biking as a sport. ● The provision and maintenance of recreational facilities or activities for the advancement of physical and mental health, and increasing tourism to geographical locations. ● The advancement of environmental protection or improvement, through the promotion and implementation of Active Travel and associated initiatives. ● Any other purpose that may reasonably be regarded as analogous to any of the preceding purposes.
