Constitutional objectives
The object of The Group is to promote the welfare of old people in a manner which is now or hereafter may be deemed by law to be charitable by (i) the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. (ii) Bringing together representatives of statutory and voluntary organisations and individuals. (iii). Making representations on behalf of old people. (iv). Making available information to, for and on behalf of old people. (v). Encouraging training for those working with old people. (vi). Promoting and assisting the general good of all old people of the town of Troon
