Constitutional objectives
To promote the beneflt of the inhabitants of Strathklnness and its environs without distinction of sex, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants In a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities, or assist In the provision of facilltles, In the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that the conditions of their lives may be improved. The Hall must be devoted to any charitable purpose and shall mean a charitable purpose under section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 which is regarded as a charitable purpose in relation to the application of the Taxes Acts.
