02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Our mission is to be a Cycling Centre of Excellence - promoting the benefits of cycling and its symbiotic relationship with the environment, through: Cycle recycling, refurbishment and resale Cycle repairs and maintenance Training and employability

Constitutional objectives
3. The company's objects are: 3.1 To relieve unemployment, particularly for individuals with a disability or other disadvantage in the labour market, for the public benefit and in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment. 3.2 To conserve and protect the physical and natural environment by encouraging the reuse and recycling of goods, and in particular bicycles, thus reducing the volume of waste going to landfill sites. 3.3 To advance education: 3.3.1. by the provision of training with particular relevance to skills within the field of bicycle rebuilding and repair. 3.3.2. by the provision of training with particular reference to skills which will assist participants in obtaining paid employment or which will be of direct relevance to the tasks performed by participants in the course of their employment. 3.4 To promote and support volunteering, and in so doing, increase the number of people participating in volunteering activities.
