Constitutional objectives

3.1 .1 The advancement of education, training and development of individual capabilities, skills and understanding of young people with medium to severe learning difficulties in the Lanarkshire area, in order to improve their employment opportunities and employability skills. 3 .1.2 3.1.3 3.1.4 The prevention or relief of poverty.
