Primarily in Scotland to operate for the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage through (1) the provision, construction, improvement and/or management of land and accommodation, (2) the provisionon of care, and (3) the undertakmg of any activity allowed under Section 58 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (as amended by the Housmg (Scotland) Act 2006 and the Registered social Landlords (Purposes or Objects) (Scotland) Order 2006) which is charitable both for the purposes of section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and also setion 505 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988
