02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We aim to support those in need in Ukraine, particularly children and families affected by poverty and war. We primarily do this through provision of financial support to trusted in-country partners, well known to us personally, who provide practical and spiritual support and encouragement to individuals and families through fostering type work and church / charity run humanitarian work. We also make occasional visits to provide in-person support and encouragement and continually develop existing or newly emerging partnerships, as well as facilitating connection between Ukrainian partners to encourage networking and collaboration for maximised impact.
