Constitutional objectives
The charitable purposes (the expression 'charitable purpose' shall mean a charitable purpose under section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 which is also regarded as a charitable purpose in relation to the application of the Taxes Acts) are (and shall not be altered without the prior consent of the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator): (a) the advancement of the arts and culture, by their promotion, improvement and encouragement including the arts of puppetry, storytelling, play writing, street theatre, circus, drama, physical performance, dance, music, literature, poetry, installation, sculpture, film, animation, digital art, visual art and fine art. (b) the advancement of environmental protection or improvement. (c) the advancement of education.
