To educate the public towards the need for preservation of all species of aquatic mammals in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing all whales, dolphins, porpoises and cetaceans in all their forms. To undertake research on issues of the preservation of all species of aquatic mammals and to publish the results of such research. To work towards the elimination of all forms of cruelty to, and abuse of, aquatic mammals whether in the wild or in captivity. and. To preserve and conserve aquatic mammals
