(b) the provision of a public hall with associated rooms and facilities to serve the Marnoch (including Aberchirder) area for purposes such as meetings, activities, use by local clubs and associations and to promote local community activities (c) the promotion and establishment of social activities. (d) the promotion of activities in the Marnoch area including existing activities and activities for persons of all ages or ranging from young persons to persons who are retired and whether employed or unemployed
