Constitutional objectives
The trustees shall in their uncontrolled discretion apply the income from the Trust Funds or such part thereof as they shall think proper at such times and in such amounts as they shall decide for such charitable purposes as they shall decide (the expression 'charitable purposes ' shall mean a charitable purpose under section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, and any subsequent re-enactment thereof, which is also regarded as a charitable purpose in relation to the application of the Taxes Acts
