Constitutional objectives

1) The Scheme shall be a dog welfare organisation providing care for Scottish Terriers in need of new homes or other appropriate assistance. It may provide assistance, determined on a discretionary basis, to dogs of 'Scottish Terrier' type in cases where breed status is not immediately apparent. The term dog throughout this document shall include both male and female animals. 2) The Scheme may provide absolute discretionary care and assistance to other dogs from the same home as any Scottish Terrier receiving assistance from the Scheme.
