What the charity exists to do
The charitable objects for which the group is established are the advancement of public participation in sport by promoting and organising the annual Glengarry Highland Games together with associated activities. As well as participation in sport the groups second charitable object is the advancement of heritage and culture in Glengarry by continuing a tradition whose recorded history goes back to 1820.
