02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The Trust fund shall be held for such charitable purposes as the Trustees may from time to time in their sole discretion determine but with the express wish that my Trustees primarily apply the income and capital of the Trust Fund for the benefit of (i) children. (ii) environmental protection or improvement. (iii) the advancement of health, saving of lives and medical research. (iv) the conservation and protection of animals and domestic and wild birds. and (v) education.

  • any other purpose that may reasonably be regarded as analogous to any of the preceding purposes
