02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The Falkirk Foundation is a well-established anchor organisation at the heart of our community. For many years we’ve worked alongside schools, local groups and partners to create opportunities that make a real difference in people’s lives. Our programmes reach children, young people and families across the Falkirk area and beyond. From after school and holiday activities to projects that support health, education and personal development, our aim is to help people grow, stay active and feel connected. As an anchor organisation, we not only deliver programmes but also bring significant external investment into the area. This support allows us to improve facilities, expand opportunities and ensure that resources reach the communities that need them most.
