02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The charity supports women, families and young people experiencing hardship, isolation or disadvantage. We deliver workshops, group sessions and community activities covering employability, CV and interview preparation, confidence and resilience, financial literacy, mental health and wellbeing, entrepreneurship, project management and volunteering. These activities help participants develop practical skills, build supportive connections and progress towards employment, volunteering, financial independence and improved wellbeing.

Constitutional objectives
To provide women, families and young people with services designed to support them in times of difficulty. We will focus more on those from abusive relationships, abusing drugs and alcohol, single parents and young people in care. The Esther's Company will facilitate opportunities to discuss, learn and empower participants to achieve their potential and aid their recovery.
