What the charity exists to do
Leadership Development: we are set up to cultivate a community of empowered individuals who are capable of taking on leadership roles in their respective fields. 2. Employability: We equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge that will enhance their professional competitiveness and success. 3. Authenticity: We foster an environment where individuals can express their authenticity, promoting self-awareness and personal growth. 4. Networking: We create meaningful networking opportunities that encourage collaboration, mutual growth, and the establishment of substantial relationships.

Constitutional objectives
To provide women, families and young people with services designed to support them in times of difficulty. We will focus more on those from abusive relationships, abusing drugs and alcohol, single parents and young people in care. The Esther's Company will facilitate opportunities to discuss, learn and empower participants to achieve their potential and aid their recovery.
