Constitutional objectives
To provide for the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health , disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage through the provision, construction , improvement and management of land and accommodation and the provision of care. and to undertake any activity allowed under Section 58 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (as amended by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 and SSI 2006/211 (Registered Social Landlords (Purposes or Objects) (Scotland) Order) which is charitable both for the purposes of Section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and also Section 505 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.
