What the charity exists to do
We assist people in need of aid whether by transport or logistical by delivery of goods provided to support life or welfare during storm events. In the local are and further afield by offering mutual support to other like minded charities and sister organisations throughout Scotland.

Constitutional objectives
The objects of T4X4R are to assist in the preservation and protection of human life by supplementing and supporting emergency services, local authority and any other welfare or voluntary services in Tayside and surrounding counties in particular but not exclusively, by providing logistical support, equipment, vehicles and other resources
