Constitutional objectives
'The Fund' is established for the purpose of benefiting persons who suffer from physical or mental handicap, where such person resides within the areas of Rutherglen, Fernhill and Cambuslang. a. By advancing the education of the public in mattes relating to the mental, physical and social welfare of the foregoing handicapped persons b. By relieving poverty.
