To advance the prevention or relief of poverty by supplying spectacles to those who are otherwise unable to receive them ,allowing visually impaired people to better support themselves. To advance the advancement of health through identification of eye disease and referral to appropriate medical services. To advance the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill ?health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage through the supply of corrective visual appliances.
