OSCR note: This SCIO was incorporated on 18 December 2013 as a result of a Change to SCIO application by SC042681 Whitemoss Amateur Athletic Club, which was an unincorporated association registered as a charity since 24 October 2011.

02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The objectives of the club are to provide facilities for and promote participation of the whole community in the sport of athletics in the East Kilbride area, including Track and Field, Cross Country and Road Running. The club provides opportunities for Track and Field, Road Running and Cross Country through the delivery of weekly coaching sessions at the East Kilbride Athletics Stadium. John Wright Sports Centre. Additionally, the club is actively involved in national and local competition programmes in order to support the continued development and enjoyment of athletes, coaches and officials.
