Constitutional objectives

The organisation’s purposes are consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development of the community and land in particular: to provide or advance the accessibility of recreational facilities, and/or organising recreational activities, which will be available to members of the Community and public at large with the object of improving the conditions of life of the Community. advancement of citizenship or community development, including rural regeneration. To advance the provisions for educational opportunities in the community relating to environment, culture, heritage and/or history To advance environmental protection or improvement including preservation, sustainable development and conservation of the natural environment, the maintenance, improvement or provision of environmental amenities for the Community and/or the preservation of buildings or sites of architectural, historic or other importance to the Community. To provide or assist in the provision of housing for people in necessitous circumstances within the Community. To relieve poverty particularly among the residents of the Community. To promote and protect the wellbeing and physical health of the residents of the Community and to assist in the relief of ill health and the provision of health education for such residents To promote, establish, operate and/or support other schemes and projects of a charitable nature for the benefit of the residents of the Community.
