02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The advancement of health - The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability or disadvantage. We work with children, young people, adults, older people, families, carers, universities, colleges & schools, workplaces and communities across Scotland. Our mission is simple and urgent - to ensure that no one in Scotland dies needlessly from asthma. We want a Scotland where adults, children and young people with asthma and allergies can live longer, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Constitutional objectives
The Asthma and Allergy Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of asthma and allergy sufferers. This organization aims to increase public awareness of the severity of asthma and other allergies by providing practical health information, community based services and support to people.
