02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To inspire and empower women, assisting them in making vital changes to their social, emotional and physical well being.• To liaise with local agencies in the promotion of the group.• To increase knowledge of Mental Health issues and reduce the isolation and stigma of these issues. We offer workshops - 3 per year - with ongoing support giving women the opportunity to learn new coping skills to improve mental health and wellbeing.
