What the charity exists to do
o inspire and empower women, assisting them in making vital changes to their social, emotional and physical well being.• To liaise with local agencies in the promotion of the group.• To increase knowledge of Mental Health issues and reduce the isolation and stigma of these issues by providing workshops & other support via telephone & e-mail
