What the charity exists to do
The purpose of MMUK is to promote activities and deliver operations to youth cared for and supported by Misión México Foundation (MMF) in Tapachula, Mexico. MMF aims to break the cycles of poverty, abuse, and inequality providing opportunities and resources for every youth in our programs to thrive in all aspects of their lives. Our vision is to ensure that all youth in our home-based and community programs have access to education, personal development opportunities, and health and well-being services, in a safe and inclusive environment to nurture their potential. MMF strives to accomplish the Sustainable Development Goals: No poverty Zero hunger Good health & wellbeing Quality education MMUK main activities is fundraising through: - education, health & wellbeing, and community development appeals - seeking sponsors to assist with associated costs for educating children from kindergarten to university - hosting events - obtaining & managing global corporate relationships
