Constitutional objectives
The company aims to provide information, consultation and services to help other charities and voluntary sector community initiatives achieve their objectives effectively by setting up community benefit cooperatives using the Industrial and Provident Society model which provides the framework to: (1) raise capital to fund rural or urban regeneration projects, and (2) recruit cooperative members as motivated volunteers to carry out work for the charities or community initiatives to achieve their objectives.
