Constitutional objectives
To promote cycling as beneficial to the advancement of health and fitness. To encourage public participation in sport through the use of the bicycle with the intention of encouraging a wider community to participate together. To organise recreational activities centred on the bicycle to help show cyclists the safety and pleasure of using the bicycle as a recreational tool in various settings and as a simple, cheap and enjoyable alternative means of transport in an urban environment. To relieve the needs of bicycle messengers who have suffered an injury whilst at work and who are at a disadvantage when it comes to receiving injury benefit.
