Constitutional objectives
2.1 The Trustees shall hold and apply the Trust Property in trust for the following purposes:- 2.1.1 The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science by fundraising and acquiring land for and procuring the erection of and thereafter maintaining in all time coming a monument to commemorate Andrew de Moray and William Wallace. 2.1.2 The advancement of the education of the public by promoting the roles of Andrew de Moray and William Wallace in the Scottish Wars of Independence. and 2.1.3 To further such other charitable purpose or purposes as are consistent with the spirit of the charitable purposes evinced in the Trust Deed as the Trustees shall think fit.
