Constitutional objectives
The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 1. To promote the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, and only in relation to recreational facilities or activities which are: 1.1 primarily intended for use by and benefit of members of the Scout and Guide Groups within Turriff and the wider groups within Aberdeenshire. and 1.2 available to other community groups, clubs and organisations within Turriff and the surrounding area for the benefit of young people, families, and other groups within the community. and 1.3 available to members of the public at large or to male or female members of the public.
