The Charity is set up to restore the historic Clyde Steamer TS Queen Mary to seaworthy condition and to provide education by providing public access, lectures and exhibitions.

Constitutional objectives
4 The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 To advance the arts, heritage, culture or science by/through: 4.1.1.1 Acquiring and returning TS Queen Mary to a new permanent berth on the River Clyde (or elsewhere, as appropriate): 4.1.1.2 Preserving TS Queen Mary. 4.1.1.3 Facilitating public access to TS Queen Mary. 4.1.1.4 Working towards and operating TS Queen Mary as a sailing condition vessel including making her available to the public to be passengers to sail in to experience a heritage vessel and the historical significance of such a vessel.'
