02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
As a charity, we run weekly church meetings on Sundays and also other meetings during the week. These include seasonal events (Christmas, Easter, summer BBQ's etc), community support lunches, and other more church related meetings. We also live stream online during the week. We run a Community Cupboard initiative from our building to support those suffering from the cost of living crisis, distributing goods and pastoral care.

The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 the advancement of religion 4.2 the prevention or relief from poverty 4.3 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage 4.4 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, and only in relation to recreational facilities or activities which are: (i) primarily intended for persons who have need of them by reason of their age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, or (ii) available to members of the public at large or to male or female members of the public at large.
