Constitutional objectives

5.1 to act in the advancement of health and day to day medical improvement of sufferers of Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia. 5.2 to assist in the relief of the needs that may arise due to the medical condition of sufferers of Sickle cell and Thalassaemia whether financial or others including but not limited to care and conducive accommodation and dignifying livelihood. 5.3 to provide educative information/advice aimed at bettering the support available to sufferers of Sickle Cell and Thalasaemia. 5.4 to raise funds to support the principal better understanding of identified purposes of ?SICKLETHALAS? and 5.5 to co-operate with statutory bodies and all other relevant organisations both voluntary and commercial, both within Scotland and globally for all supportive benefits of SICKLETHALAS purposes. and do all things which are lawful to promote its principal purpose. 5.6 to organise and promote educative seminars/conferences about the medical condition and daily living needs and support of sufferers of Sickle-cell and Thalassaemia. 5.7 to organise/arrange respite holiday(s) or break for sufferers of Sickle-cell and Thalassaemia in a form that ensure their medical needs are adequately provided for and available without compromise.
