02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
R4R seeks to support children and young adults with ASD, ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions by delivering a range of fully supported outdoor activity sessions and residential breaks. The objective is to reduce social isolation and build self confidence and improve communication skills.

Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To improve the conditions of life for young persons within the Highland region who are disadvantaged by reason of their social communication difficulties due to autistic spectrum disorders or a related condition:- by the organisation of recreational activities or assisting in the provision of recreational activities, primarily through the provision of outdoor pursuits activities at local residential outdoor activity centres. 4.2 To advance the ongoing education of such young persons through the provision of activities for the holistic development of their physical, mental and spiritual capacities within the aegis of a Christian perspective and emphasis in their lives: 4.3 To enable such young persons to develop into full maturity in the whole of their respective personalities and character and both as individuals and as valued members of society.
