Constitutional objectives

The income received by the Trustees up to Fifth April Two Thousand and Thirteen and annually thereafter shall be donated by or as soon as possible after, the said Fifth April to individuals being beneficiaries within the said definition as selected by my Trustees in their own discretion. The ''Beneficiary'' means any current pupil of St. Modan's High School (SMHS), Royal Stuart Way, Stirling FK7 7WS who intends to go on to further education., including apprenticeships to further his/her education after leaving schooll
