What the charity exists to do
Rural Rascals provides after school care for 3 rural primary schools. This is provided by paid employees, within a school setting, and the children have access to a variety of activities.

Constitutional objectives
'Rural Rascals' offers childcare facilities to parents/children. The aim of the club is to provide parer:-ts with the knowledge their children are being cared for in a safe, affordable, accessible facility. The club aims to provide an informal, educationally stimulating enviroWlment, where children can advance self-confidence, self-esteem and motivation. The club aims to promote a happy, caring setting. It will encourage children to participate in the varied programme that is planned by themselves and the staff and parent/carers. 'Rural Rascals' will help families by providing the local community with a facility which offers recreational activities, allowing parents/carers to return to work.
