02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Elsie Normington Foundation (ENF) has continued to pursue the vision of developing and delivering a specialist integrated centre called the Haven Centre - to serve children and young people with severe learning disabilities and complex needs in the Highlands. This centre provides a specialist play centre and respite flats to offer social opportunities and overnight social care for these young people. ENF also run a community café through it's trading subsidiary ENF Haven Cafe Limited.

The advancement of education for young people with a learning disability through the provision of facilities and services which will improve the nature of their lives.
