Constitutional objectives
to assist individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and it is my wish that my Trustees and Executors should make the best possible use of these funds in a practical way to help such individuals to afford hearing aids or similar equipment which would not otherwise be available to· individuals who are unable to afford same.
