Constitutional objectives
2.1 Advancement of education 2.1.1 To advance public knowledge of circus and performing arts 2.1.2 To provide access to circus arts, particularly within rural and disadvantaged communities in Scotland. 2.1.3 To develop the skills, capacities and capabilities of young people within the project, within a 5-25 age group. 2.2 Advancement of citizenship and community development 2.2.1 To offer participatory opportunities to young people and volunteers 2.2.2 To work with local communities to develop youth and community volunteers to become teachers and youth leaders. 2.2.3 To support the development of a network of local circus clubs and groups, and provide opportunities for collaboration and joint activities between them in different areas of Scotland 2.3 Advancement of arts and culture 2.3.1 To promote circus as an art form
