What the charity exists to do

To preserve and promote local Gaelic culture in Badenoch and Strathspey. This involves research into the foregoing and the distribution and dissemination of the results of that research, raising awareness of the rich Gaelic heritage that the area possesses.

The advancement of education, culture and heritage by:- a) researching local Gaelic dialects and associated culture of the Badenoch and Strathspey. b) informing, publicising and bringing to public attention, the findings of research, through a variety of means, including, but not limited to, exhibitions, digital media and publications, with the involvement of local communities, including schools and young people.
