4.1 the advancement of health by improving the integration of palliative care for patients with advanced illness. and 4.2 the relief of those with ill health by supporting clinical models of care which improve symptom control and quality of life for patients with advanced disease. and 4.3 the advancement of science by improving the knowledge in relation to symptom control for patients with advanced illness. and 4.4 to support teaching and educational initiatives for those who are 'caring for patients with advanced disease
