Constitutional objectives

The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of Braes of Balvonie and Milton of Leys in Inverness (the “Community”), with the following purposes (the “Purposes”): The provision of recreational space and associated facilities and activities, being made available to members of the public at large with the object of improving their conditions of life. To advance education through encouraging physical activities. To advance public participation in sport. To advance citizenship and/or community development (which may include the promotion of civic responsibility, volunteering, the voluntary sector and/or the effectiveness or efficiency of charities )through the provision of services which contribute to advancing well-being (primarily the wellbeing of residents of Balvonie / Milton of Leys and surrounding communities) including (i) the provision of outdoor recreation areas (ii) the development and delivery of cultural events, and educational projects. (iii) the staging of local community events (including arrangements to facilitate access to such facilities by those on lower incomes or having special needs and to encourage wider participation in healthy exercise). (iv) the provision of general outdoor leisure activities. and (v) the delivery of services focused on social renewal and the needs of young people
