02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Our main purpose is to deliver sailing instruction to our members, (particularly children) according to the RYA standards of sailing instruction. We also provide dinghies for our members use

Constitutional objectives

The organisation's purpose is to facilitate community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities for the sport of Boating. In doing this the club will also seek to promote safety when Boating, provide Boating training for the community and visitors, encourage and promote good sportsmanship in the sport of Boating and promote respect and care of the marine environment.
