02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The Piping Association aims to encourage young people of different learning abilities to get involved in activities that develop music skills, enhance their confidence and self esteem and develop positive behaviour as individuals and as a team member. To this end, a Summer School is run annually in July, along with an annual junior solo piping competition.
