What the charity exists to do
To bring Entertainment and Attractions, including Yuletide Night to the people of Largs, and surrounding areas, and assisting on increasing footfall to the town.

Constitutional objectives
4.1 To provide recreational activities for the benefit of the community by organising, facilitating and managing programmes of events in order to promote North Ayrshire. 4.2 To advance the arts, culture and history by focusing the programme of events on the history, heritage and culture of Largs and the wider North Ayrshire area. 4.3 To advance citizenship and community development by encouraging volunteering and community participation.
