Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purposes are: The advancement of community development (including rural or urban regeneration, the promotion of the voluntary sector and the promotion of the effectiveness and/or efficiency of charities), through (a) the delivery of consultancy advice/support to community organisations who are engaging in challenging property development projects. (b) the delivery of property development projects, on the basis of either handover to the community organisation at completion or the grant of a lease to the community organisation at completion. (c) serving as a vehicle for longer-term asset ownership and development, with income being used to ensure long-term sustainability for the organisation as well as helping to fund feasibility (and other prefunding award) work for individual community organisations.
