Constitutional objectives
4.1 To provide recreational facilities to members of the general public in the area around, but not limited to, South Queensferry, Dalmeny and Kirkliston. 4.2 To increase public participation in sport by providing exercise facilities, access to sports clubs which will be based at the Hub, access to classes and training for sport.
